The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Four (4) Service Providers For The Hiring Of Consultants In The Field Of Organizational Advice. The Deployment Of These Advisors Takes Place On The Basis Of An Obligation To Make Efforts. The Size Of The Assignment Has Been Estimated, Partly Based On Experience Figures From Recent Years And Expected Future Needs. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Amounts To An Average Of € 1,300,000 Excluding Vat Per Year, Therefore € 5,200,000 Excluding Vat Over A Term Of Four (4) Years.
