Construction-Site Supervision Services – Opc Missions For The Work Of The Modernization Project Adaptation And Extension Of Terminal 1 Of Guadeloupe Maryse Condé Airport. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc) Mission Of The Modernization, Adaptation And Extension Project Of Terminal 1 (Hereinafter “Madapte T1”) Of Guadeloupe Maryse Condé Airport, Of Which Société Aéroportuaire Guadeloupe Pôle Caraibes Sa (Sagpc Sa) Is The Project Owner. The Madapte T1 Project Concerns The Extension And Adaptation Of Terminal 1 With A View To Meeting The Changing Capacity, Environmental And Reception Needs Of Passengers. The Work Is Carried Out On An Occupied Site With Airport Operations Maintained, Involving Rigorous Phasing And Partial Commissioning. The Market Is Broken Down Into One (1) Firm Tranche And Three (3) Optional Tranches. Each Tranche Is Subject To A Fixed Price Broken Down By Mission Element. Firm Phase (Tf): Opc Anticipated Works (Ta) The Opc Mission Of The Firm Phase Covers Site Preparation Work: Construction Of Temporary Premises, Relocation Of Tgbt And Modification Of The Ht Loop, Installation Of Chilled Water Production Groups, Vrd Works, Cleaning And Demolitions, As Detailed In The Apd Of Anticipated Works Attached To This Contract. Optional Tranche No. 1 (To1): Opc Functional Tranche 1 (Tf1) Opcs Mission Concerns The Construction Of The New Extension And The Adaptation Of The Existing Terminal, Including The Commissioning Of The First Phase Airport Equipment, As Detailed In The Building Aps Attached To This Contract. Optional Phase No. 2 (To2): Opc Functional Phase 2 (Tf2) - Baggage Sorting System Opcs Mission Concerns The Development Of The Old Baggage Delivery Room To Accommodate The Departure Baggage Sorting System In The Heart Of The Terminal, As Detailed In The Building Aps And The Baggage Aps Attached To This Contract. Optional Tranche No. 3 (To3): Opc Additional Developments (Ac) The Opc Mission Concerns Additional Developments, Divided Into Ten (10) Elements That Can Be Activated Independently By The Project Owner According To Changing Needs. The Contract Includes Optional Installments Defined In The Specifications. The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices
