Tenders are invited for Assistant Chef Trainer. Deadline: Thursday, 12. Mar 2026 We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Chef Trainer to support the implementation, and delivery of kitchen crew training programs across Lebanon for individuals with disabilities. The Assistant Chef Trainer will work closely with the lead Chef Trainer and the shareQ team support hands-on cooking sessions, and guide beneficiaries in developing food preparation, hygiene skills. Responsibilities And Main Duties: Support the delivery of hands-on kitchen training in an inclusive and interactive environment. Guide participants during food preparation, cooking activities, and practical exercises. Reinforce hygiene, safety standards. Monitor trainees during sessions and provide basic feedback under the supervision of the lead trainer Coordinate with the shareQ team to ensure smooth implementation of training activities. Job Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in professional kitchens, culinary training support, or internship/apprenticeship experience Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards. Experience assisting in training or mentoring kitchen staff is preferred. Previous experience with NGOs, social enterprises, or vulnerable groups is a plus. Willingness to work in a hands-on training environment. Competencies: Mission-driven and social spirit Strong interpersonal and communication skills Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure.
