Medication name: Cefixim/Cefix 400 mg, Doxycycline/Doxylag 100mg, Azithromycine/Azomycin 250mg, Etc Oxfam is seeking to recruit a medical company or drugstore to sign a contract agreement for the provision of family planning commodities and sexual and reproductive health medications.Oxfam is seeking to contract a licensed medical supplier, pharmaceutical company, or drugstore for the supply and delivery of family planning commodities and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) medications, in accordance with the requirements outlined below. Delivery will be made directly to Oxfams partners warehouses in Beirut, Oxfam will verify the expiry dates and condition of the kit items and reserves the right to request the replacement of items with short expiry dates (less than 12 months). The supplier is responsible for transporting the items to the warehouses and for arranging workers for unloading the items onsite with each truck. The supplier should have the capacity to prepare the items within 7 working days from the date of signing the purchase order (PO). The supplier will adhere to the provisions based on the requested specifications. The supplier is required to notify Oxfam if they intend to replace a medication with a similar drug, even if it falls under the same subclass. Oxfam will review the proposed substitution against the medication lists approved by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and decide whether to approve or reject it.
