The City Of Kotka (Procurement Unit, Customer) Is Requesting Bids For A City Bike System Implemented As A Service. In Addition, The Acquired Entity Includes Maintenance, Spare Parts, Support And Maintenance Services. The Procurement Will Be Contracted With One City Bike System Supplier. Reverse Competition Procurement Is Carried Out As A Reverse Tender (So-Called French Contract). In The Comparison Between The Providers, Only Qualitative Criteria Are Emphasized, As The Price Is Fixed. The Contract Pays A Total Delivery Price Of 55,000 Euros Per Cycling Season (May, June, July, August, September And October). The Price Is Fixed For The Entire Actual Contract Period (Two Maximum Cycling Seasons). Of These, The Supplier Invoices The Customer Per Operating Month (May, June, July, August, September And October) For 9,166.66 Euros Per Month (Vat 0%). Parallel, Partial And/Or Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed.
