This Request For Proposals Is An Invitation By British Columbia Assessment Authority (“Bc Assessment”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Digital Adoption Platform (Dap), Including Implementation, Training And Support (The “Services”) As Set Out In Appendixd And Elsewhere In The Rfp. The Purpose Of The Rfp Is To Select A Digital Adoption Platform That:Is Capable Of Being Implemented Within 1-3 Months, Including Migration Of Existing Data And Training.Will Enable Bc Assessment To Provide The Following For Multiple Web-Based, On-Premise Software Applications Being Rolled Out To Approximately 800 Employees:In-Application Training Including Guided Navigation, Walk Throughs And Situational Learning; In-Application Contextual Help (Prompts, Ability To Launch To Different Applications Through A Button);Predictive Analytics Using A Business Intelligence Platform; Andin-Application Data Validation To Warn Or Block Against Incorrect Data Entry.Will Enable Bc Assessment To Collect And Analyze Data To Get A Better Understanding Of Employee’S Learning Behaviour In Order To Improve And Optimize Content.“(Collectively, The “Integrated Cloud Solution”)
