On Wednesday, April 15, 2026.The City Is Seeking The Services Of A Company, Firm, Team, Partnership, Or Joint Venture To Provide Design-Build Services For The Glenlake Tennis Courts Maintenance /Repair Project In Decatur, Georgia. Design-Build Services Are Expected To Include Design, Engineering And Preconstruction Services, Cost Evaluation, Schedule Development, Methods And Management Of Construction, Safety, Scheduling And Coordination Of The Work Of All Construction, The Construction Of The Project,And Miscellaneous Contracts Required For Completion Of The Project Within Its Approved Budget And Schedule.Improvements Include The Removal Of 5 Existing Tennis Courts And Appurtenances Down To Subgrade, Soil Proof-Rolling, Gab And Asphalt Installation, Collegiate Quality Tennis Court Surface, Nets, Appurtenances, Fencing, And Re-Installation Of Salvaged Lights.
