The Project Will Be ¿Turnkey¿ And Require Minimal Involvement Of Authority Personnel.The Phase 1 Work To Be Performed Shall Include Installing An Engineered Cured-In-Place Pipe (Cipp) Liner In An Existing 15-Inch Corrugated Metal Pipe (Cmp) Storm System With A Total Length Of Approximately 197 Linear Feet. Phase 2 Includes Installing (Spin-Casting) An Engineered Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe (Cccp) Liner In Approximately 454 Linear Feet Of Existing 36-Inch Corrugated Metal Pipe (Cmp) Located Near The Property At 3995 Birdie Drive. The Plans For The Birdie Drive Stormwater Improvement Project (Phase 1 And 2), Have Been Prepared By The Authority, Dane Hanson, P.E., Dated March 2, 2026. Special Conditions And Appendices Contain More Detailed Information On The Project Scope.All Work Will Be Performed Within Authority Easements And/Or Inside Public Right-Of-Way. All Anticipated Rights-Of-Way And Easements Required For The Project Have Been Obtained.
