In Addition, The Contract Includes The Demolition Work Of The Light Wooden Shed Under The Street, The Removal Of The Demolition Waste, And The Final Disposal With Costs. Waste Is Sorted According To Official Regulations And Waste Certificates Are Delivered. The Demolition Permit/Notification Is Handled By The Customer. The Client Will Deliver Separate, Pre-Prepared Test Results For Harmful Substances Concerning The Building. The Contract Is To Start In May 2026 And Be Completed By November 30, 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor In The Position Of The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And Finnish Legislation.
