The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Fixed Furniture Contracts For Sivakka-Yhtymä Oys Locations. The Procurement Creates A Framework Arrangement For The Period 1 May 2026-30 April 2028. The Acquisition Includes Two Possible One-Year Option Periods (1 + 1). The Start Schedule Is An Estimate And The Contract Will Only Be Created With The Signatures Of The Contracting Parties. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Areas: 1) Furniture Contracts For New Projects 2) Furniture Contracts For Basic Renovation Projects The Tenderer May Not Offer Either Or Both Sub-Areas. Three (3) Contractors Will Be Selected For One Section, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Suitability Requirements And There Are Fewer Bids In Accordance With The Request For Bids. The Selected Contractor Is Also Required To Design Furniture. The Design Must Be Included In The Furniture Deliveries.
