Green Maintenance Work For Pirkkala Municipality Properties And Yard Areas Of Group Companies Owned By The Municipality In The Summer Season 2026 (Options 2027 And 2028) In Accordance With The Attached Tender Documents. The Properties Are Listed In Table 1 (Appendix 18). The Tender Request Also Includes Indicative Maps Of The Areas To Be Maintained (Appendices 1-16) And A Summary Map Of All Sites. And Their Locations (Appendix 17). The Contract Period Is 1 May To 30 September 2026. The Contract Can Be Extended By Jointly Agreeing To Opticians In 2027 And 2028. The Contract Period Is 1 May To 30 September Each Year. The Use Of Option Periods Is Decided Separately. Before Starting The Work, An Initial Survey Is Held In The Contract Area, Where The Condition Of The Contract Area Is Visually Checked Compared To The Level Of Care According To The Contract Documents, And The Tasks Performed By The Customer Or Performed By Third Parties And Their Coordination Regarding Different Parts Of The Area Are Noted.
