The Need Is Related To Supporting The Ability To Work At An Early Stage, The Diversification Of Careers And Partly Also The Prevention Of Absences. The Goal Is That Mental Well-Being Training Started At A Sufficiently Early Stage Could In Some Cases Also Prevent Absenteeism Due To Mental Health Reasons.
