The Items Offered Must Be Comfortable, Suitable For Their Purpose And Easy To Maintain. A Technical Sheet Including Size Chart, Maintenance Instructions And Material Composition Is Added For Each Item Offered. The Protective Firefighter Glove Must Be Able To Be Washed Frequently Without Changing Color And Shape And The Inner Lining Must Not Come Loose After Frequent Washing. This Assignment Covers One Lot. The Assignment Will Not Be Divided Into Lots As The Connection Between The Various Sub-Assignments Means That The Assignment Must Be Carried Out By One Contractor. It Is The Intention Of The Center Fire Department To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase And Supply Of Intervention Gloves For The Center Fire Department For A Period Of Four Years. The Contracting Authority Has Included The Majority Of Ordered Intervention Gloves In The Inventory With The Aim Of Making A Comparison Between The Quotations. Candidate Firms Are Therefore Expected To Submit A Price For All Parts Of The Inventory. Since It Is Impossible For The Contracting Authority To List The Complete List Of Intervention Gloves In The Inventory, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Related Intervention Gloves From The Chosen Supplier, Provided That The Contracting Authoritys Estimate And The Threshold Amount For The Negotiated Procedure Without Publication Are Not Exceeded. All Conditions Under Which The Framework Contractor Will Carry Out The Assignments, Such As Delivery Times, Method Of Delivery, Fines, Payment And The Like, Are Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. After Concluding A Framework Agreement, Further Orders Can Be Placed Subject To The Conditions Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. Concluding An Agreement On The Basis Of These Specifications Does Not Give The Supplier Any Exclusivity Rights. Fire Department Zone Centrum May Have The Contract Performance Identical Or Analogous To That Described In These Specifications Carried Out By Other Suppliers During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Supplier Cannot Therefore Claim Any Compensation.
