Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Planning Services For The Main Bridge Cycle Path. The Municipality Of Himmelkron Intends To Implement The “Mainbrückenradweg Himmelkron” Project. The Object Of The Project Is The Creation Of An Approximately 790 M Long Cycle Path On The Former Railway Line South-West Of The Town Center Of Himmelkron. The Project Serves To Close The Gap In The Existing Cycle Path Network Between The Himmelkron-Trebgast State Road And The Himmelkron-Lanzendorf Gv Road As Well As To Improve Traffic Safety And The Attractiveness Of The Regional Cycle Path Network. The Route Runs On The Existing Railway Embankment. The Existing Dam Body Will Essentially Remain Intact. There Are Three Bridge Structures On The Route: • Flood Bridge Km 4.828 (Approx. 45 Running Meters) • Flood Bridge Km 4.94 (Approx. 25 Running Meters) • Weißer Main Bridge Km 5.156 (Approx. 30 Running Meters) The Planning Includes: • New Construction Of The Asphalted Cycle Path • Adaptation And Upgrading Of The Three Bridge Structures • Species And Nature Conservation Measures • Compensation And Cef Measures The Planned Standard Width Of The Cycle Path Is 2.50 M Plus Shoulders On Both Sides. The Construction Costs (As Of Cost Calculation As Of September 24, 2025) Amount To A Total Of Approximately €2.16 Million Gross. Based On This Cost Calculation, The Estimated Contract Value Of The Planning Services Was Determined In Accordance With Section 3 Vgv. The Cost Estimate For All Planning Services Results In An Expected Total Value Of: € 232,052.78 Net Divided Into The Following Service Profiles: • Section 48 Paragraph 1 Hoai - Traffic Facilities (Cycle Path) • Section 44 Paragraph 1 Hoai - Engineering Structures (3 Bridge Structures) • Section 40 Paragraph 1 Hoai - Open Spaces (Amphibian Protection Measures) • Local Construction Supervision As A Special Service Appendix 12 To Section 43 Paragraph 4, Section 48 Paragraph 5 And Appendix 13 To Section 47 Paragraph 2, Section 48 Paragraph 5 Hoai. Service Phases 1 To 4 (Basic Determination, Preliminary Planning, Draft Planning And Approval Planning) Have Already Been Completed. The Planning Services Now To Be Put Out To Tender Are Therefore The Service Phases 5 To 9 Of The Respective Service Profiles According To Hoai.
