The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction, Implementation And Launch Of The Intelligent Transport System In Jelenia Góra (Hereinafter Referred To As The Its System) In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Functional Area Of ​​The Project (System) Covers The Area Of ​​The City Of Jelenia Góra, Within Its Administrative Boundaries. The Main Goal Of Implementing The Intelligent Transport System Is To Increase The Attractiveness Of Public Transport, Improve Road Traffic Safety And Provide Tools For Traffic Management In The City Of Jelenia Góra. 3. The Implemented Intelligent Transport System Will Support Activities In The Field Of: 1) Improving And Thus Increasing The Attractiveness Of The Transport Offer In Public Transport; 2) Improving Traffic Safety By Reducing Transport Work In Road Transport Resulting From The Increase In The Attractiveness Of The Transport Offer In Public Transport; 3) Reducing Travel Time By Public Transport By Introducing Priorities; 4) Reducing Time Losses For Individual Vehicles (Taking Into Account The Primary Goal Of Shortening Travel Time By Public Transport); 5) Increasing The Safety Of Transport Users By Installing A Monitoring System; 6) Improvement Of The Condition Of The Natural Environment As A Result Of Reduced Transport Work In Road Transport Resulting From The Increased Attractiveness Of The Transport Offer In Public Transport. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For The Its System Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Along With Obtaining Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions (Including Arrangements With The Conservator Of Monuments) Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Design Documentation And Commencement Of The Task; 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Developed Documentation, I.E., Among Others: A) Execution Of Power Connections, B) Implementation And Launch Of The System To The Required Functionality, C) Construction, Reconstruction, Retrofitting And Inclusion Of Traffic Lights In The Monitoring And Control System, D) Lighting Of 68 Pedestrian Crossings, E) Installation Of Video Surveillance Points, F) Adaptation Of Rooms, Equipment And Launch Of The Traffic Control Center (Csr), G) Delivery Of A Mobile Traffic Monitoring Center (A Specialized Vehicle For Monitoring And Measuring Traffic Intensity). 3) Stage Iii - Testing Of The Its System And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The Its System. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Terms Of Reference, Including The Annexes. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Jelenia Góra Agglomeration.
