All Elements Of The Uniforms Offered By The Contractor Should Be Of High Quality, Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage, Bearing No Traces Of Previous Use. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 3 2025 On The Designation Of The State Emergency Medical Services System And Requirements Regarding The Uniforms Of Members Of Emergency Medical Teams (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1768). All Materials Used In Uniforms Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En Iso 20471:2013-07 Standard, The Pn-En Iso 20471:2013-07/A1:2017-02 Standard Or Equivalent Standards. With Regard To The Summer And Winter Uniforms Of Members Of Medical Rescue Teams, It Was Assumed That It Is Allowed To Place Additional Elements Improving The Comfort Of Work And The Functionality Of The Uniform As Well As Occupational Safety That Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En Iso 20471:2013-07 Standard, The Pn-En Iso 20471:2013-07/A1:2017-02 P. 5.3 Standard Or Equivalent Standards. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Comply With With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And With The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland, Have The Required Declarations Of Conformity, Approvals, Certificates, Registration Certificates, Certificates Of Admission To Marketing And Use In Polish Health Care Facilities. Each Piece Of Uniform Should Have A Company Label And An Information Label About The Type Of Raw Material From Which It Was Produced, The Method Of Maintenance And The Size. The Fleece, Jacket And Trousers Should Have An Employees Id (Name And Surname) On The Inside. Made Using Computer Embroidery. The Inside Of The T-Shirt And Sweatshirt Should Have Labels With The Employees Id (Name And Surname), Which Will Not Fade During Washing. Emblems With The Logo In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 3, 2025 On The Marking Of The State Emergency Medical Services System And The Requirements For The Uniforms Of Members Of Medical Rescue Teams (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1768). All Deliveries Of Elements Uniforms Must Be Uniform, I.E. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Deliver The Same Product, Specified And Priced In The Submitted Offer. Deliveries Will Be Made In Accordance With The Orders. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Orders Fulfilled In A Given Month, The Number And Delivery Date Of Each Batch Of Uniform Elements And Footwear Will Result From The Ordering Partys Unilateral Instructions, According To Its Needs, Submitted By E-Mail, Confirmed By The Contractor In Writing.
