The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Existing Heating Sources (Without Changing The Heat Carrier). The Aim Of The Modernization Is To Reduce The Consumption Of Energy Supplied From Municipal Heating Systems And Used For Heating Buildings And Preparing Domestic Hot Water. 2. Deadline For Execution Of The Order: 48 Months From The First Day Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Contract Was Concluded. Within The Deadline Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install Control And Measurement Equipment And Implement An Energy Management System By September 30, 2026. Then, Until The End Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor The Operation And Correct The Parameters (Settings) Of The System In Order To Minimize The Demand For Heat Supplied From The Heating Network.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site. The Contractors On-Site Inspection Is Obligatory. The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Of A Contractor Who Submits An Offer Without Conducting An On-Site Visit, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18) Of The Public Procurement Law.
