The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annexes No. 9 And 10 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Swz With Annexes Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Is Financed From The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 Program (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23. 2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Include All Work Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Material Scope Should Include All Work Necessary To Complete The Order Resulting From The Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As Those Not Included In It, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.3) Settlements And Payments Are Specified In The Swz And The Provisions Of The Agreement. Failure To Include The Costs Specified In The Tor And The Provisions Of The Agreement By The Contractor In His Offer, As Well As Underestimation, Omission And Lack Of Sufficient Recognition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot In Any Case Constitute The Basis For The Ordering Party To Incur Any Additional Costs At A Later Date.4) Terms Of Settlement Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Resulting In Its Scope From This Tor. Any Error In Price Calculation Does Not Affect The Correctness Of The Offer Evaluation; B) The Offer Price Is The Amount Of Lump Sum Remuneration Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Form. 5) Guarantee And Warranty Required Warranty And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - Specified As The Offer Evaluation Criterion (Minimum Warranty Period Is 36 Months).
