1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Together With All Required Permits And Arrangements For The Task, The Subject Of Which Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Sports Part Of The Building Of The Tadeusz Kościuszko School Complex In Milicz At Trzebnicka Street Into A Collective Protection Facility Along With The Authors Supervision Over The Investment. 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions And The Rules For Its Implementation Include The Following Documents:  Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz,  Contract Template - Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz,  Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Constituting Annex 2 To The Swz, Which Must Be Read Carefully.3) All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
