Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Repair Services Of Mechanical Ventilation Systems

The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Maintenance Inspections, Troubleshooting And Repairs In Mechanical Ventilation Systems And Duct Ventilation In Buildings Managed By The Wrocław Nursery Complex. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Carrying Out Two Periodic Maintenance Inspections Of Mechanical Ventilation Systems With Cooling Units And Replacing Filters; 2) Carrying Out One Maintenance Inspection Of Duct Ventilation Systems; 3) Performing Repairs And Removing Failures. The List Of Mechanical And Duct Ventilation Systems Divided Into Facilities Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract. Inspections Of Ventilation Devices In The Facilities Will Be Performed According To A Detailed Schedule Agreed By The Parties: 1) The 1St Inspection Of Ventilation Devices Will Be Carried Out From The Date Of Signing The Contract To May 22, 2026 - Mechanical Ventilation Systems, 2) The 2Nd Inspection Of Ventilation Devices Will Be Carried Out From September 14, 2026 To October 31, 2026 - Mechanical And Duct Ventilation Systems. The Contractor Will Present A Detailed Schedule For Maintenance Inspections, Divided Into Individual Facilities On The Dates Specified In § 4 Section 2 Of The Draft Contract. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In § 3 Section 1 Ppt. 1 – 14 Of The Draft Contract.
