As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Basketball And Volleyball Court With A Synthetic Rubber-Polyurethane Surface Along With Sports Equipment As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Recreational And Sports Complex In The Wenecja Housing Estate In Ostrów Wielkopolski. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Earthworks Related To The Preparation Of The Area, 2) Execution Foundation, 3) Construction Of The Surface, 4) Construction Of The Pitch Frame, 5) Construction Of The Fence (Foundation), 6) Construction Of The Sports Equipment, 7) Construction Of The Paving Stone Surface, 8) Construction Of Small Architectural Elements (Information Board, Steel Doormat), 9) Reconstruction Of The Lawns. 3. Place Of Work: Ostrów Wielkopolski, Plot No. 19/8, District 0029.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Following Documents:1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 9,2) Land Development Design - Annex No. 10,3) Base Map - Annex No. 11,4) Architectural And Construction Design - Annex No. 12,5) Technical Design - Annex No. 13,6) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 14,7) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 15. Note! The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature. Bearing In Mind That This Procedure Assumes A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Only On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Basic Map, Designs And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annexes To The Swz.5. Other Requirements And Comments. 5.1. Pln 100,000.00.5.2. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Under The Warranty For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.5.3.
