Waste Collection, Transport And Management Services With Code Ex19 05 03 Compost Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Green Waste Composting Process, (Hereinafter Referred To As Wz Waste With Code Ex19 05 03) According To Estimated Amount 3000 Mg. 2. The Amount Of Waste With Code Ex19 05 03 That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Not Exceed 3,000 Mg, But Will Not Be Lower Than 2,000 Mg.3. Performance Of The Contract Until December 31, 2026.4. The Waste Will Be Managed In The Contractors Installation, The Operation Of Which The Contractor Has An Appropriate Administrative Decision Authorizing The Processing Of Waste With Code Ex19 05 03 (This Decision Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract) Or With Which (Installation) The Contractor Has Signed A Waste Management Contract With Such A Code. 9. Loading Of Waste With Code Ex19 05 03 And Its Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Costs Of Transport And Waste Management Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
