1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of The Task Of Comprehensive Renovation Of The Façade Of The Building Of The 8Th Secondary School. Władysław Iv Along With The Expansion Of An External Crane, As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Modernization Of The Building Of The 8Th Władysław Iv Secondary School Together With The Adaptation Of Residential Premises Into Teaching Rooms. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Handling Of The Investment Within The Scope Specified In This Agreement, Including The Coordination Of Industry Supervision And Controlling The Settlement Of The Investment With The Contractor Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment Contractor, As Well As With Its Subcontractors; 2) Handling The Warranty Period And 5-Year Warranty, I.E.: A) Supervision Over The Removal Of Defects/Faults Found During The Final Acceptance Works And Defects/Faults During The Warranty/Warranty Period And Protocol Confirmation Of Their Removal; B) Carrying Out Warranty Inspections With The Participation Of The Ordering Party During The Quality Warranty Period Granted By The Investment Contractor For A Period Of 60 Months And A 5-Year Warranty, Including, Among Others: Assessing Defects/Faults Along With The Valuation Of The Costs Of Their Removal. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Its Implementation Are Specified In: A) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swzb) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments - Annex No. 6 To The Swzall Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
