1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Sanitary, Corrective, Screening And Forming Cuts In Tree Crowns, Technical Cuts And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs, And Removal Of Stumps From Removed Trees Growing In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów As Part Of The Task Entitled: Sanitary, Corrective, Screening And Forming Cuts Of Trees, Technical Cuts And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs, And Cuts On Natural Monuments Growing In The Municipality. Dzierżoniów”.1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Following Works: 1) Cleaning Up The Area (Branches And Leaves After The Work, Including Chipping) Within 1 Day From The Completion Of The Work, And The Branches, Limbs And Logs Left Behind Cannot Pose A Threat To Road Traffic Safety Or To Third Parties. 2) Leveling The Area After Removing Tree Stumps; 3) Waste Disposal In Accordance With The Waste Act.1.3. The List Of Works Will Be Provided During The Term Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Principle Of Necessity And Urgency Of The Work. The Work Ordered And Confirmed By A Protocol Or E-Mail Should Be Started Within A Period No Longer Than ... Working Days (In Accordance With The Declaration Submitted In The Offer).1.4. In Cases Of Threat To Safety, Health And Life Or Communication Difficulties Caused By Trees, The Contractor Must Come To Remove The Threats Within 2 Hours Of Being Notified By Telephone Or E-Mail.1.5. It Is Allowed To Perform Work Using Rope Techniques.1.6. The Use Of Tree Clamps Is Not Permitted Outside Of Tree Removal Work.1.7. Difficult Conditions Include Work With Traffic, Cutting Down And Maintaining Dangerously Leaning Trees That Are Difficult To Remove Due To The Proximity Of Other Trees, Existing Residential Buildings Or Existing Buildings And Power Lines. In The Case Of Work In Difficult Conditions, The Cost Of Obtaining Permits And Exemptions Necessary To Perform The Ordered Works Should Also Be Taken Into Account, And These Arrangements Are Borne By The Contractor.1.8. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, On Time, In Accordance With Its Best Knowledge And Experience And Applicable Norms, Standards, Health And Safety Rules And Regulations, In Particular In The Field Of Nature Protection And Environmental Protection; 2) Conclude, Before Signing The Contract, A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For An Amount Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00 Per Year; 3) Follow The Guidelines And Instructions Of The Ordering Party, Ensuring Constant Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Service; 4) Maintain Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Order To Provide The Ordering Party With The Best Possible Services And Provide The Ordering Party With Comprehensive Information In This Regard, As Well As Enabling Constant Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Service And Ensuring The Possibility Of Participating In Reviews Of The Work Being Carried Out; 5) Equipping Employees Performing Physical Works With Appropriate Clean
