The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of An Anniversary Meeting For Employees Of The Office Of Electronic Communications On The Occasion Of The 20Th Anniversary Of The Institution. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide, In Particular, The Following Services: 1) Rental Of Space For The Organization Of The Event, 2) Coordination Of The Event, 3) Interior Design, 4) Provision Of Catering And Waiter Service, 5) Provision Of Conference Services, 6) Provision Of A Theater Performance / Artistic Performance During Event, 7) Providing Photographic Service, 8) Providing Music For The Event, 9) Comprehensive Event Service. An Important Point Of The Meeting Will Be The Award Ceremony For Distinguished Employees Of The Office Of Electronic Communications, In Recognition Of Their Contribution And Involvement In The Development Of Telecommunications. The Next Part Of The Meeting Will Include A Theater Performance/Artistic Performance And Refreshments For The Anniversary Participants. At Least 400 Employees Of The Office Of Electronic Communications And Invited Guests Will Take Part In The Event. The Event Should Take Place On One Of The Proposed Dates, I.E.: April 17, 2026; 24/04/2026; 08/05/2026; 15/05/2026. The Contractor Will Propose At Least One Of The Dates Listed Above In The Offer. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And In Annex No. 5 - Draft Contract.
