Tenders Are Invited For Building A Platform For Electronic Public Services In The Field Of Local Fees And Communication With Residents, Along With Employee Training

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation By The Contractor Of Key Tasks Under The Project Titled: Development Of E-Services And Digitization Of Geodetic Resources Of Wągrowiec County Implemented Under The Regional Program: European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027; Priority 1: European Funds For The Greater Poland Economy, Measure: 1.3 Development Of E-Services And Public E-Resources.2. For The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Consists Of The Following Tasks: 1) Building A Platform For Electronic Public Services In The Field Of Local Fees And Communication With Residents: A) Building A Base System Of Electronic Public Services, B) Building A Communication Interface For Recipients Of E-Services, C) Creating A Module For Local Fees And Providing Information On The Records Kept, D) Creating A Module Related To Document And Correspondence Management, E) Creating A Module For Communication With Residents, 2) Delivery And Implementation Of Utility Software, I.E. Software / Registers In The Field Of Cybersecurity System.3) Training For Employees In The Use And Functionality Of The Implemented It System.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Prepare The Implementation Of The Software And Functionality Indicated In Point 2, Point 1, 2) Deliver And Install The Software; 3) Configure The Software And Functionality Indicated In Point 2, Point 1; 4) Integrate The Delivered Solutions With The Ordering Partys Software And The Central Software; 5) Provide The Required Licenses Or Transfer Copyrights To The Software Constituting The Entire Delivered Solution; 6) Transfer The Post-Implementation Documentation; 7) Perform Data Migration And Configuration Of The System E-Services For A New Version Of The Database Necessary For The Production Implementation Of The Delivered Software, If Provided For In The Scope Of The Order (Scope To Be Decided Depending On The Needs Of The Delivered Solution);8) Carrying Out Tests In The Field Of The Implemented Software;9) Production Launch Of The Delivered Software And Its Stabilization;10) Conducting Training Relating To On-The-Job Training In The Field Of The Implemented Software;11) Providing Warranty Service For The Delivered Software For 60 Months From The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
