1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Intermediation Service In The Reservation And Sale Of Accommodation, As Well As Catering, Restaurant And Hotel Services For The Center For The Meeting Of Cultures In Lublin. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To Swz.2. If The Contractor Selects His Offer As The Most Advantageous, He Will Be Obliged To Take Out Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, With A Minimum Value Presented In The Contractors Offer, For The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Policy Or Other Insurance Document Confirming (Together With Proof Of Insurance Premium Payment) That He Is Insured In Accordance With The Above Requirements. 3. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Informs That It Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By A Person/Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract (In Any Capacity), Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. The Ordering Party Considers Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Be The Following: Activities Related To Making Reservations For Accommodation And Catering, Restaurant And Hotel Services.
