1. The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Zdp Building In Miechów, Ul. Warszawska 11 Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Is The Development Of Technical Documentation, Obtaining Appropriate Opinions And Arrangements, And Then Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Obtained Documents. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On The Plot No. 466/5 In The Building Of The District Roads Authority In Miechowie.2. The Order Includes Two Stages: Stage I - Design And Obtaining Appropriate Permits Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works. Stage Ii - Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Obtained Permits, In Particular: 1. Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation: A) Installation Design, B) Installation Of Automatic Venting Valves, C) Replacement Of Radiators, D) Installation Of Thermostatic Valves With P-2K Heads, E) Installation Of Air-To-Water Heat Pumps With Nominal Power 18Kw,F) Necessary Accompanying Works, Including Preparation Of The Boiler Room,G) Installation Of A Pv Installation With A Power Of [20 Kwp],H) Installation Of A 20Kwh Energy Storage Facility.2. Modernization Of External Partitions And Unheated Spaces: A) External Walls, B) Internal Walls, C) Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic, D) Accompanying Works Such As: Installation And Disassembly Of Gutters, Installation And Disassembly Of External Units Of Air Conditioning Devices, Preparation Of Attics And Other Necessary Works, Including Insulation.3. Replacing Joinery: A) Replacing Window Joinery, B) Replacing External Doors. Note 1:1. The Amounts Of Work Given In The Functional And Utility Program Are Approximate And Are Not Binding On The Contractor, Who Is Obliged To Prepare His Own Bill Of Quantities As Part Of The Development Of Design Documentation. Detailed Solutions Increasing The Scope And Number Of Works Are The Contractors Risk And Will Not Be Treated As Additional Works. 2. Due To The Fact That The Task Is Financed From External Funds, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Perform The Works In Such A Way And Using Such Materials That They Achieve Efficiency Indicators Not Worse Than Those Given In The Energy Audit For The Optimal Variant, I.E.: - Ep Savings Above 85% - Heat Demand Savings Above 80% 3. All Costs Of Developing Documentation Necessary To Start, Conduct And Complete Construction Works Are Borne By The Contractor.3. Obligations Of The Contractor As The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, The Contractors Obligations Include The Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law And Other Acts, Regulations, Applicable Standards, Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, And Obtaining Permits Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Transfers All Copyrights To The Ordering Party
