Characteristic Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order: 45,141 M Long Bicycle Path, Divided Into Red And Blue Paths, Equipped With Basic And Supplementary Markings. There Is One Central Information And Gathering Point Along The Route, Three Mor Points, Eight Rest Points, And Ten Historical Places.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of The Task In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, And In Particular: A) Conducting A Site Visit And Preparing Descriptive And Photographic Documentation; B) Obtaining Current Maps And Performing The Necessary Measurements And Tests; C) Preparing Design Documentation Entitled Development And Designation Of Bicycle Routes In The Sędziejowice Commune As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Construction Of Tourist Trails Under Project No. Feld.05.04-Iz.00-0001/25 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Lodz Region 2021-2027 Priority Feld.05 European Funds For Development Local In The Łódź Voivodeship Measure Feld.05.04 Culture And Tourism - Zit Sieradz - Zduńska Wola - Łask; D) Obtaining The Legally Required Conditions, Opinions, Consents, Arrangements, Permits And Exemptions; E) Performing Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation; F) Obtaining All Administrative Decisions Or Certificates Of Non-Objection - Necessary To Design And Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended);G) Conducting Tests And Examinations And Preparing Documents Required For The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Completed Works;H) Obtaining Occupancy Permits, If Any Are Required;I) Note: The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Situation That The Types Of Works Specified In The Functional And Operational Program And The Subject Of The Order Are Indicative And May Change After The Development Of The Design Documentation.
