The Subject Of The Contract Is The Ongoing Technical Maintenance Of The Rainwater Sewage System In The City Of Jelenia Góra, Including The Following Activities: 1) Unblocking, Flushing The Collector And Removing Sludge (The Expected Amount Over A 12-Month Period Is Approximately 4,500 M3);2) Cleaning Inspection Wells Along With Sludge Removal (The Expected Amount Over A 12-Month Period Is Approximately 320 Pieces); 3) Cleaning Separators With A Settling Tank (In Accordance With The Separator Operating Instructions) And Sludge Removal - The Expected Amount Over A 12-Month Period Is 328 M3, I.E. 41 Separators X 8 M3 (Average Separator Volume). The Scope Of This Task Includes: A) Maintaining Separator Cards - A Separate Card For Each Separator (The Card Template Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party After Concluding The Contract), B) Servicing The Devices After Cleaning The Separator, Consisting In Checking The Technical Condition Of Individual Elements Of The Device (Including Preparation Of A Technical Inspection Report); 4) Laboratory Analysis Of Sewage Required Each Time After Cleaning The Separator - The Expected Number In A Period Of 12 Months Is 41 Pieces;5) Television Inspection Of Channels And Inspection Wells After Cleaning - The Expected Amount Over A 12-Month Period Is Approx. 1,500 M3;6) Cleaning Of Rainwater Inlets And Sewer Drains - The Expected Amount Over A 12-Month Period Is Approx. 400 Pieces;7) Pumping Out Approx. 20 M3 Of Water Including Disposal.
