The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion, Superstructure, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of An Existing Non-Residential Building Into A Warehouse Building Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure As Part Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Warehouse And Replenishing The Resources Of Equipment To Carry Out Tasks Within The Ociol In Zaklików, Including: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including: - Dismantling Of Windows And Doors, - Dismantling Of The Asbestos Roof Covering With Disposal Of Boards, - Dismantling Of The Roof Structure, - Dismantling Of Floors And Wall Cladding, - Dismantling Of The Water Installation. – Can. And Central Heating - Removal And Disposal Of Rubble From Demolitions. B) Works In The Construction Industry, Including: - Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Building In The Field Of Damp-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of Foundation Walls, Construction Of New Walls And Lintels, Construction Of A New Structure And Roof Covering Along With Layers Of Insulation And Flashings; - Construction Of Floors And Flooring; - Installation Of Windows And Doors; - Construction Of The Finishing Layer Of Walls And Ceilings; - Insulation Of External Walls With A Finishing Layer; - Delivery And Installation Of Steel System Stairs. C) Works In The Sanitary Industry, Including: - Water Supply Installation With Equipment, - Sanitary Sewage Installation With Equipment, - Ventilation Installation, - Replacement Of Central Heating Installation Elements. D) Works In The Electrical Industry, Including: - Internal Power Lines, - Electrical Switchboards, - Lighting Fixtures, - Installation Accessories, - Electrical Installation, - Photovoltaic Installation, - Grounding And Lightning Protection Installation, - Control And Measurement Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Management Of The Works By Persons With Construction Qualifications In The Field Of Construction And Installation In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Ventilation Devices, Water Supply, Sewage And Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks And Devices. The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Development And Submission To The Ordering Party Of All Documents Required To Obtain An Occupancy Permit For The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order (Including, Among Others, The Construction Managers Declaration On The Completion Of The Works, Required Inspections And Measurements Of The Installed Installations And Ventilation, As-Built Surveying Inventory And Others Required By Law).
