1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of District Road No. 2129K, Ul. Centralna In Jerzmanowice - From Dk94 To Ul. Zachodnia Together With Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Zrid Decision. The Aim Of The Task Is To Develop Design Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Conduct A Tender Procedure And Then Perform Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of District Road No. 2129K Along With The Construction Of A Sidewalk. The Task Is Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Krakow County, Jerzmanowice-Przeginia Commune. The Design Documentation Will Be Used To Determine The Scope Of Works And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Relevant Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Zrid Decision (Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311). We Expect The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For Which The Contractor Will Obtain All Necessary Legal Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Final Decisions And Will Prepare An Application That Will Be Used To Obtain An Appropriate Administrative Decision On The Basis Of Which A Properly Functioning Building Will Be Built. 2. Scope Of The Task: Development Of Design Documentation Consisting In, Among Others,: 1) Expansion/Reconstruction Of The District Road 2129K In Jerzmanowice. Western - A Section Of Approx. 3,400 M, 2) Road Widening, 3) Reconstruction Of Intersections, 4) Replacement Of The Surface, 5) Replacement Of The Subgrade In Places Determined On The Basis Of Geological And Geophysical Tests Carried Out As Part Of The Design Documentation And A Geotechnical Opinion Prepared, And Additionally, If Necessary, Documentation Of Ground Tests/Geological And Engineering Documentation - To Be Assessed By The Designer As Required, 6) Replacement Of Native Soil (If Necessary), In Places Determined On The Basis Of Geological And Geophysical Tests Carried Out As Part Of The Design Documentation And A Geotechnical Opinion Prepared, And Additionally, If Necessary, Documentation Of Ground Tests/Geological And Engineering Documentation - To Be Assessed By The Designer As Part Of The Requirement, 7) Construction Of A Sidewalk, 8) Reconstruction Of Lighting, 9) Construction Of Pedestrian Crossings With Lighting, 10) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, 11) Construction/Reconstruction Of Culverts Under Exits, 12) Presenting Solutions For Draining Rainwater From The District Road, I.E.
