1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Indicated Teaching Rooms And Thermal Modernization Of The Main Building Of The Primary School In Dzierzgoń - According To The Parameters Specified In The Attached Design Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Order Is Implemented With Financial Support Under 2 Projects, Respectively: The Dzierzgoń Commune Is Creating A Modern Education System, Conducted Under The Regional Program European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Esf+ And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings Of Educational Institutions In The Dzierzgoń Commune - Primary School And Gymnasium In Dzierzgoń (Ul. Krzywa 17), Implementing Investment B1.1.3. Replacing Heat Sources And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Schools Component B Green Energy And Reducing Energy Intensity Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The Indicated Rooms And Building Should Be Carried Out To The Extent Necessary To Create Proper Teaching And Educational Functions There And To Achieve The Assumed Technical And Operational Parameters, In Accordance With The Applicable Standards And Regulations For This Type Of Facilities.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Expected Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order (Which Could Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Order), As Well As Due To The Expected Increase In The Costs Of Implementing The Entire Order, Resulting From The Need For Separate Organization Of The Construction Facilities By Different Contractors. The Individual Elements Of The Project Being Implemented Are Functionally Interconnected And Do Not Make It Possible To Clearly Demarcate The Zones Of Construction Works, Enabling The Possible Implementation Of These Works By Different Contractors In A Collision-Free Manner. Moreover, The Target Operation Of The Facility In Terms Of Efficiency And Failure-Free Operation Is To Be Secured With An Appropriate Warranty Obligation, Therefore It Is Justified To Entrust The Task To Only One Contractor.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Technologies Used And The Construction And Assembly Works Performed As Well As For The Built-In Products And Materials. Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Quality Guarantee Granted, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Statutory Period Stipulated In Art. 568 Section 1 Cc.6. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. No
