1. Delivery Of Diesel Oil In Accordance With The Polish Standard Pn-En-590 In An Estimated Amount Of 100 M3, Consisting Of Successive Deliveries In A Single Quantity Of Not Less Than 5 M3 To The Gas Station Located At The Ordering Partys Headquarters.2. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Tanker Truck, Equipped With A Certified Meter Enabling Measurement Of The Fuel Discharged Into The Ordering Partys Tanks.3. The Supplied Diesel Oil (Summer Or Winter Depending On The Season) Should Meet All Required Quality Standards And Have The Required Certificates. The Above-Mentioned Diesel Oil Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018)4. Diesel Fuel Quality Requirements:4.1. The Supplied Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Current Pn-En 590 Standard And The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels4.2. Depending On The Season, The Supplied Diesel Oil Must Correspond To The Appropriate Climatic Class, In Particular In Terms Of The Cold Filter Blocking Temperature (Cfpp): A) In Summer - Summer Fuel In Accordance With Pn-En 590, B) In Transition Periods - Transitional Fuel In Accordance With Pn-En 590, C) In Winter - Winter Or Arctic Fuel In Accordance With Pn-En 590.4.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Fuel Adapted To The Current Weather Conditions And The Dates Of Fuel Use Specified In The Law.4.4. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit A Quality Certificate (Certificate) For The Delivered Batch Of Fuel.5. Each Time You Purchase Fuel, You Must Provide A Document Specifying The Density At 15ºc And The Amount Of Fuel Released At The Product Temperature And At 15ºc, Which Is Necessary When Receiving Diesel Oil Into The Warehouse.6. The Given Amount Of Diesel Oil Is An Estimate And May Be Increased Or Decreased By A Maximum Of 20% Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Without The Contractor Being Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 7. Designation According To Cpv: 09134220-5 Fuel For Diesel Engines (En 590)8. The Contractor May Entrust Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S), Provided That The Ordering Party Requests To Indicate In The Offer The Part Of The Order That Will Be Entrusted To The Subcontractor(S).9. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Establish A Dynamic Purchasing System. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.
