Tenders Are Invited For Providing Successive Catering Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Management And Economics Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology
The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Management And Economics Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Contract In The Entire Scope, I.E. In The Quantities Given In Individual Items Of The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, But Not More Than 50% Of The Contract Value. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Execution Of Which It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. If It Is Necessary To Increase The Scope Of The Contract Due To An Increase In Demand, The Ordering Party, After Using The Entire Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration Intended For The Implementation Of The Basic Order, Will Exercise The Option Right In The Amount Of Up To 50% Of The Basic Order. Orders Under The Option Right Will Be Executed On The Same Terms As The Basic Order, At The Prices Of The Basic Order. Use The Option Rights By The Ordering Party May Be Exercised At Once For The Entire Value Of The Optional Order Or In Several Parts. If The Option Is Implemented In Several Parts, The Ordering Party Will Submit Subsequent Orders To The Contractor Until The Value Of The Optional Order Is Exhausted. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Or The Subcontractor Nominated By Him Will Constantly Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, The Working Time Adequate To The Entrusted Tasks, Persons Performing The Following Activities: Preparing Meals.
