The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Including: Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes, Serving Meals By Professional And Competent Staff, Provision Of Tables, Appropriate Tableware And Glassware And Flower Decorations Depending On The Type Of Meeting And The Rank Of Guests, As Well As Cleaning After The Service.2. Catering Services Will Be Provided As Part Of Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party And Taking Place In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, On The Indicated Dates. The Meetings Referred To In The Previous Sentence May Be Held Simultaneously On The Same Date, In Several Places Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, On Any Day Of The Week.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract.4. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
