The Scope Of Investor Supervision Services Includes Supervision Over The Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of Building No. 90, Together With The Reconstruction Of Building No. 26 Intended For A Research And Implementation Laboratory For Specialized Communication And Ict Systems, Together With An Assembly And Production Hall - Stage Ii, Task No. 91852 At The Military Institute Of Communications-State Research Institute For Works In The Following Industries: 1. Construction Industry (Lead Inspector),2. Electrical Industry 3. Telecommunications Industry4. Sanitary Industry A Detailed Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Supervision Is Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Investment Project Is The Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of Building No. 90 And Building No. 26 Intended For A Research And Implementation Laboratory For Specialized Communication And Ict Systems, Together With An Assembly And Production Hall. The Material Scope Of The Planned Project Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Needs Specified In The Procedure Documents And The Ordering Partys Instructions And Explanations. The Ordering Party Indicates As The Basic Document: Design (Technical) Documentation And The Investment Program. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Above Documents, The Ordering Party Decides About The Priority Of The Provisions. The Investment Program Is Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Office. The Documents In Question Will Be Made Available After The Offeror Applies, Submitted In Writing Or Electronically, With A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Or Personal Signature, For Consent From The Director Of The Institute To The Contractors Representative.
