The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Service To Increase The Functional Level Of The Active Directory Domain, Update Server Operating Systems And Implement A System Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication And Authorization As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Detailed Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) And In The Technical Specification - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Refrained From Dividing This Subject Of The Contract Into Parts Because These Services Are Closely Related Functionally And Technologically. The Multi-Factor Authentication System Is Based On User Identity Management Mechanisms In Active Directory. In This Procedure, The Value Of The Contract Slightly Exceeds The Threshold For The Application Of The Public Procurement Law, And The Terms Of The Contract Are Set At A Minimum Level. The Order Is Therefore Fully Available To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. 4. This Order Is Intended To Increase The Security Of The System, Therefore It Is Not Intended For Natural Users, Including Disabled People. 5. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Digital Development Program 2021-2027, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Action 2.2 - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System Regarding The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform A Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.
