The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Design Works And Construction Works, Including Industry Supervision (Including Road, Sanitary, Electrical), Participation In Coordination Meetings And Acceptance Of Works, Control Of Compliance Of Construction Works With Design Documentation, Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Legal Regulations And Contract Concluded With The Investment Contractor. Detailed Data Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order).2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Rules For The Implementation Of Projects Co-Financed By The Feniks 2021-2027 Program, The List Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) Opz, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Order Is Co-Financed Under Measure Fenx.03.01 Urban Transport Priority Fenx.03 Urban Transport Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027. The Contractor Will Be Liable, Including Financial, For The Loss Of Funding Or Its Reduction If It Is The Result Of Incorrect Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Contractors Delay In Its Implementation.
