The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of An Information Card And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions Pursuant To Art. 71 Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) For The Task Entitled: Construction Works - Niedomicka (Mroźna To The City Limits) As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Roads And Bicycle Paths In Tarnów And Obtaining This Decision. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Information Card, 2) Obtaining The Documents Referred To In Art. 74 Of The Act On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments Necessary To Submit An Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions, 3) Preparing And Submitting An Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions On The Basis Of The Project Information Card (After The Ordering Partys Approval), Cooperation And Substantive Advice At The Stage Of Initiated Proceedings To Obtain A Decision And Appeal Proceedings, Including Providing Answers And Explanations And Making Additions At The Request Of The Authority Competent To Issue A Decision, 4) If The Authority Conducting The Proceedings For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions Imposes An Obligation To Prepare A Report On The Impact Of The Project On The Environment, Prepare Such A Report And Submit Documents To The Authority, 5) Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions, 6) Ensure Constant Contact And Cooperation With The Employees Of The Road And Communication Authority In Tarnów In The Preparation Of Documentation, 7) Ensure Cooperation With The Contractor Of The Functional And Utility Program For The Task In Question.
