The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Mixed Foil (Colored And Colorless) With Code 15 01 02 In The Waste Recycling Process. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Environmental Decisions Required By Law To Conduct Waste Processing Activities With Code 15 01 02 In The R3 Recycling Process (In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 1587, As Amended), Referred To In Article 27, Section 2, Point 1 Of The Above-Mentioned Act And Have The Bdo Registration Number For Recycling (Edpr) In Accordance With Act Of June 26, 2025 On Packaging And Packaging Waste Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 870, As Amended). In The Event Of Failure To Provide The Ordering Party With The Above Documents Within The Deadlines Specified By Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Charge Contractual Penalties. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be 1,400 Mg (On Average From 1 To 2 Cars Per Week). The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Amount Is An Estimate, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Minimum Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is 500 Mg. This Amount May Change In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control. The Mix Foil Is Produced At The Ordering Partys Plant In The Form Of Compressed, Tied With Steel Wire. The Dimensions Of The Bale Of Compressed Waste Are Approximately: 80 X 120 X 80-120 Cm. The Average Weight Of One Bale Of Waste Is Approximately 450 Kg. The Ordering Party Will Enable Interested Parties (After Prior Arrangement) To Inspect The Subject Of The Order And, If Necessary, Carry Out A Test Collection For Recycling The Contractor Indicated In The Current Environmental Decision From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. In Quantities Previously Agreed By E-Mail Between The Contractor And The Ordering Partys Representative. No Later Than The Day Before The Waste Collection Is To Be Carried Out, The Contractor Will Agree With The Ordering Partys Representative The Planned Time Of Waste Collection. The Arrangement Will Be Confirmed By Sending A Notification Containing: The Time Of Arrival Of The Vehicle, The Registration Number Of The Tractor And The Trailer, And The Transporting Bdo Number. Conducting The Business Of Bdo Collecting Waste. In The Absence Of Complete Notification Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Release The Waste And To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Verified Scales (Located At The Ordering Partys Plant) And Confirmed By The Waste Transfer Card Generated In The Bdo System.
