Further Develop The Reference Design Of The Parking Garage Into A Preliminary Design, A Final Design And Implementation Design And Then Realize The Established Design. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Organization Form Engineer & Build, Applying The Uniform Administrative Conditions For Integrated Contract Forms 2025 (Uav-Gc 2025). It Is Currently Assumed That Work Will Start In Week 16 Of 2026 And Be Completed In August 2027. This Schedule Is Indicative And Is Subject To Change. The Main Objective Is That The Parking Garage Is Completed By The Time The Swimming Pool Is Opened To The Public.
