The District Was Built In The 1970S. Many Parts Now Need To Be Replaced, Such As The Paving And Sewerage. This Offers The Opportunity To Design Public Space In A Climate-Adaptive And Future-Proof Manner. The Municipality Of Winterswijk Organizes A Non-Public Tender Procedure. The Municipality Hopes To Select A Maximum Of 5 Candidates In The Selection Phase, Who Will Be Invited To Participate In The Registration Phase. The Purpose Of The Registration Phase Is To Select One Contractor For The Development Phase Of The Contract And Its Implementation On The Basis Of A Two-Phase Contract (Read: Construction Team).
