The Amsterdam Youth Work Academy (Aja) Was Launched As A Municipal Program In 2024 And Focuses On Strengthening The Craftsmanship Of Youth Work. It Does This By Offering Further Training To Youth Workers, Facilitating Research Into The Field And Connecting Partners. In Addition, The Aja Also Offers Training On Youth Work To The Management Layer Of Youth Work Organizations And Policy Advisors Of The Municipality. The Aja Is Not Just For The Municipality Of Amsterdam. Parts, Including The Accredited Profiles, Are Also Accessible To Youth Workers From Other Municipalities. The Assignment Concerns A Development Assignment Where The Minimum Frameworks Are Clear, But The End Result After 4.5 Years, And The Road Thereto, Is Somewhat Variable And Uncertain. The Present Tender Therefore Includes A Phase For Dialogue To Provide Scope For Tenderers To Draw Up The Most Suitable Plan Based On Their Own Vision And Expertise, Based On The Minimum Frameworks. The Municipality Wishes To Conclude An Agreement For This Assignment With One (Collaboration Of) Party(S), Who: In Collaboration With The Partners Important To The Municipality Of Amsterdam In The Field Of Practice, Research And Policy, The Aja Will Be Further Developed Within A Period Of Maximum 4.5 Years. The Three-Part Basis, Training, Research And Connection (Sov), Forms The Core Of The Functioning Of The Aja And Must Therefore Also Be Demonstrably Anchored In The Organizational Form Of The Registering Party. Draw Up A Plan For Structural Embedding Of The Aja In The Youth Work System (Development Task) In Amsterdam As Of January 2031. This Plan Must At Least Explain Whether, And In What Way, The Aja Can (I) Be An Independently Operating Organization Without Financial Dependence On The Municipality; Or (Ii) The Aja Is Transferable To A (Third) Party In The Event That Exploitation Must Be Continued By A Third Party (As Could Be The Case In The Context Of A New Tender).
