The National Library Of Estonia (Hereafter Referred To As The Client, The Procurer) Is Conducting The Procedure For Concluding A Concession Agreement For Social And Special Services With The Aim Of Finding A Cooperation Partner (Hereafter Also A Caterer) To Whom To Use The Rental Premises Located In The Building Of The National Library Of Estonia (Hereafter Referred To As The Building Or The Library) For The Provision Of Catering Services, Enabling Catering Services To Be Provided Also In The Clients Public Areas (See The Plan For More Details). By Signing The Concession Agreement, The Customer Wants To Ensure The Service Of The Visitors Of The Estonian National Library On The Public Areas And Enable The Cafe To Operate Outside Of Opening Hours.
