With The Tender, A Service Provider Offering Individual Coaching Services For Young People Aged 15-19 Growing Up In Foster Care And Foster Care Will Be Commissioned. The Purpose Of The Service Is: 1. To Support The Coping Of A Young Person In Foster Care Who Will Soon Go To Independent Life From Foster Care And/Or Guardianship, To Prepare The Young Person For Independent Life, Education And Working Life, By Finding Internal Resources; 2. Increase The Young Persons Self-Confidence And Self-Belief, Teaching The Young Person To Trust Himself And Feel His Worth; 3. Support The Growth Of Young Peoples Capacity For Responsibility; 4. Help The Young Person Gain Clarity About His Goals And Future Plans; 5. Support The Young Persons Coping With Changes, Stress And Uncertainty; 6. To Help The Young Person Deal With And Think Through Topics Important To Him, Including Topics Related To Entering An Independent Life.
