​​​​​​​The Subject Of The Order: Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training Of Operators And Warranty Service Of Specialized Equipment For Precision Agriculture And Monitoring In 5 Separate Items Includes The Following Separate Items: Featured Item #1: Agro-Drone System Including All Necessary Components And Support Featured Item #2: Digital Smart Pest Monitoring Traps Featured Position #3: Professional Agro-Meteorological Station With Vineyard Disease Models Specific Item #4: Laptops For Processing Data From Agro-Drone System And Weather Station And From Digital Smart Traps Heading #5: Dslr Cameras The Purpose Of The Order Is To Build Sustainable Practices For Precision Viticulture. The Necessary Equipment Forms A System In Which The Components Work Together To Provide Reliable, High-Quality Data For The Early Detection Of Stressors, Diseases And Enemies, As Well As For Optimized Resource Management. ​​​​​​​ The Activity Is Financed As Part Of The Project Adapting Viticulture To Climate Change Through The Application Of Ecosystem Measures To Maintain Economic Viability (Viticlimrobg–Hard Robg00370), Under The Interreg Vi-A Romania-Bulgaria Program, Specific Objective: 2.4 — Promotion Of Adaptation To Climate Change, Disaster Risk Prevention And Resilience, Taking Into Account Ecosystem Approaches. The Execution Of The Order For Each Individual Item Is Carried Out In The Following Mandatory Sequence: Delivery: The Contractor Delivers All The Equipment To The Indicated Place - The City Of Pleven, Street Kala Tepe No. 1, Institute Of Viticulture And Winemaking - Pleven. Assembly And Installation: The Contractor Performs Professional Assembly And Installation Of The Equipment On Site. Installation Is Carried Out In The Presence Of A Representative Of The Employer. Testing And Acceptance: After Installation, A Complete Functional Testing Of The Delivered Equipment Is Carried Out. Testing Will Include Simulation Of Real Scenarios From The Project. After Successful Testing, A Handover Protocol For The Specific Item Is Signed, From The Date Of Signing, The Warranty Period Begins. Operator Training: Training Takes Place After Successful Testing And Signing Of The Handover Protocol To Ensure Operators Are Operating Fully Functional Equipment. The Contractor Organizes And Conducts Training For The Employers Operators Within 10 Working Days After Signing The Handover Protocol. Training Includes Safe Operation, Data Acquisition And Export, Basic Processing And Analysis, Combined Analysis For Decision Making. The Training Materials (Manuals, Examples) Are Provided In Bulgarian And English. All Activities For The Execution Of The Order Must Comply With The Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) Principle According To Regulation (Eu) 2020/852.
