The Implementation Of These Measures Will Contribute To: Reducing The Costs Of Energy Consumption, Which Will Lead To Savings From The Household Budget; - Improving The Conditions And Quality Of Life Of The People Living In The Building; - Improving The Operational Characteristics And Extending The Life Cycle Of The Building; - Improving The Architectural Appearance Of The City Through Technological Renewal And Modernization Of The Building Stock - Reducing Greenhouse Gases In The Atmosphere And Mitigating Climate Change; - Reducing Energy Poverty And Vulnerable Energy Users By Reducing Energy Costs; - Improving The Conditions For Investment In Constructions Of Construction Products That Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For Constructions, By Harmonizing Them With The Developing European Legislation, Regarding The Sustainable Use Of Natural Resources And The Application Of The Principles Of The Circular Economy, Energy Efficiency, Climate Change And Green Infrastructure. - Achieving The Goals Set In The Integrated Plan In The Field Of Energy And Climate Of Bulgaria For The Period 2021-2023, For Energy Savings In The Final Energy Consumption By Improving The Energy Characteristics Of The Building; - Contributes To The Achievement Of The Goals Of The Long-Term National Strategy To Support The Renovation Of The National Building Stock Of Residential And Non-Residential Buildings Until 2050. B/Activity 2: Implementation Of Cmp: General Requirements Under Zut. Construction And Technical Norms And Rules The Implementation Of The Smr Provided For In The Project Begins After The Issuance Of A Construction Permit By The Competent Authorities And The Signing Of Protocol Form 2 For The Opening Of The Construction Site. The Builder (Individual Or Legal Entity Possessing The Relevant Competence) Executes Smr In Accordance With The Issued Construction Documents, The Terms Of The Contract And The Requirements Of Art. 163 And Art. 163A Of The Zut. During The Execution Of The Smr, A Licensed Consultant - Construction Supervision (Article 166 Of The Zut) Based On A Contract Concluded With The Contracting Authority, Exercises Construction Supervision Within The Scope Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Article 168 Of The Zut. The Circumstances Related To The Initiation, Implementation And Commissioning (Acceptance) Of The Smr Will Be Certified By The Drawing Up And Signing By The Participants Of The Relevant Acts And Protocols In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction.
