The Subject Of This Order Covers The Supply Of Diesel Fuel For Heating, Diesel Generators And Off-Road Equipment For The Needs Of Sp Phrao-Novi Khan Under Two Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Diesel Fuel For Heating In Jv Phrao-Novi Khan Quantity: 30,000 Litres. Delivery Requirements: Deliveries Are Periodic And Upon Prior Request. Minimum Order Quantity - Not Less Than 5,000 L. Delivery Time - Up To 3 Working Days From Receipt Of The Request, On A Working Day And At A Time No Later Than 2:00 P.M. Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Diesel Fuel For Diesel Generators And Off-Road Equipment In Jv Phrao-Novi Khan Quantity: 2,000 L Delivery Requirements: Deliveries Are Periodic And Upon Prior Request. Minimum Order Quantity - Not Less Than 500 L. Delivery Time - Up To 3 Working Days From Receipt Of The Request, On A Working Day And At A Time No Later Than 2:00 P.M. General Requirements: The Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control And Be Of A Quality Corresponding To Appendix No. 2 To Art. 6, Item 2 Of The Same, As Each Delivery Must Be Accompanied By A Declaration Of Conformity (Appendix No. 9), Issued On The Basis Of Art. 10, Para. 2 Of The Regulation. For Deliveries, Licensed Transport For The Carriage Of Liquid Fuels Should Be Provided, And Drivers Must Hold A Valid Authorization For The Carriage Of Dangerous Goods (Adr) Issued By The Competent Authorities. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Pump And Counter, Calibrated For Diesel Fuel And Passed A Periodic Metrological Inspection Certified By A Document From An Accredited Laboratory. Loading And Accounting Of The Delivered Fuel Is Carried Out By Means Of A Metrologically Ensured Flow Measuring Device When Transferred To The Contracting Partys Tanks.
