Double Contract For The Functional Rehabilitation Of The Bell Tower Of The Collegiate Castle Of Sant Pere D’Àger..The Object Of The Present Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Defined In The Basic And Executive Functional Rehabilitation Project Of The Bell Tower Of The Castell-Collegiate Church Of Sant Pere Dàger, With The Purpose Of Correcting The Existing Pathologies, Guaranteeing The Conservation Of The Heritage And Recovering The Functioning Of The Cloquer And The Bells, While Ensuring Adequate Conditions For Safety, Maintenance And Use. Specifically, The Objectives Of The Contract Is As Follows:- Consolidate And Restore The Structures Of The Bell Tower, Through Cleaning, Sanitation, Grouting And Consolidation Of The Stone Facings, With The Aim Of Eliminating The Main Pathologies Detected (Cracks, Loss Of Material, Moisture And Surface Degradation) And Guarantee The Structural Stability Of The Element.- Functionally Rehabilitate The Cloquer, Recovering Its Original Use Through The Restoration Of The Historic Bells, The Replacement Of Obsolete And Inadequate Installations, And The Installation Of A New Support And Automation System That Allows The Correct Operation Of The Bells Peak In Conditions Of Safety And Heritage Respect.- Relocate The Bells To Their Historic Location In Lespadanya, In Accordance With Historical, Constructive And Functional Criteria, Contributing Thus To The Recovery Of The Architectural And Symbolic Reading Of The Bell Tower Within The Monumental Ensemble.- Improve The Conditions Of Conservation And Maintenance Of The Bell Tower, Through The Implementation Of Preventive Measures Such As The Protection Of The Openings To Avoid The Entry Of Birds, The Reduction Of The Presence Of Moisture And The Facilitation Of Future Maintenance Tasks.- Create A Safe Technical Access To The Bell Tower, Compatible With The Heritage Value Of The Ensemble, That Allows The Access Of Maintenance Personnel To The Cloakroom Spaces And To The Mechanisms Of The Bells, Guaranteeing The Safety Of People And The Correct Management Of The Equipment.
